Territorial distribution of burnout in higher education in Mexico
Main Article Content
Abstract
The work dynamics experienced by Covid-19 are unprecedented, so the changes and adaptations made throughout the period between March 2020 and August 2021, were a great challenge to cope with higher education, at the same time as personal, family, and health life. Therefore, the objective of this article is to analyze the relationship between the sociodemographic conditions of university teachers and the development of professional exhaustion during socio-educational confinement in Mexico, through the territorialization of these conditions. The research is quantitative, with a descriptive and correlational approach to sociodemographic variables based on professional teacher burnout.
