INTERACTIVE VOLUNTEER PROGRAM AS A METHODOLOGY TO DEVELOP LEARNING COMMUNITIES

Abstract




The study was carried out whose general objective was to establish the effect on the application of the interactive volunteer program to develop learning communities for students in the fourth secondary school, Piura- 2021. The desing used was quasi-experiemental with the aprricipation of two groups, one CG of 27 and EG of 28 students from the fourth year of high school from different educational institutions. A survey was applied as a measurement instrument to collect relevant information both in the pre and post-test. In the results, it is visualized in the posterior test of the learning communities variable, that 14.82% of the controlled students reached the high grade, 81.48% the me?dium category and 3.70% low value. However, 96.43% of experienced students exceed their scores, placing themselves at a high value, archieving a considerable improvement in its development. Concluding that the application of the interactive volunteering program show significant impacts on the application of community learning in 4th year secondary school students rejecting H0 and accepting Hi. Similarly, the experienced team achieved optimal reslts in learning community scores.
