A quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional, causal relational study was carried out, with a probabilistic sample, consisting of 96 collaborators among doctors, nurses, and nursing technicians. Specific instruments for Human Talent and Quality of service were used, which enjoyed validity and high reliability. The results reaffirm the influence of Human Talent management on the Quality of the Specialized Medicine service, as well as the influence of the dimensions of the Human Talent management of the Specialized Medicine service quality of the Guillermo Almenara hospital. The descriptive results show a low or bad level in the variables and dimensions considered, in this sense the authorities should consider this work and direct a proposal for improvement. conclusions
