Management strategies towards the improvement of the professional teaching identity

Abstract
In the research work, it was possible to determine the positive effect of the application of management strategies to improve the professional teaching identity in the Mallaritos Educational Institution, Sullana, according to the structure used, it focuses on the quantitative approach, applied, experimental design, type Quasi-experimental, the sample was made up of 66 teachers of the initial, primary and secondary levels in two groups: GC 30 teachers; GE 30 teachers, the participants completed a questionnaire of 20 items (instrument) was accepted by 5 experts and reached a reliability of 0.896 according to Mc Donald. For the analysis of inferential information, two Mann-Whitney U tests were applied in response to the application of the Shapiro-Wilk normality test. The descriptive results showed that in the post-test the CG predominated 53.33% at the high rank and the EG in 96.67%, while the inferential results according to the normality test decided to apply Mann Whitney's U, leading to accept the general affirmative hypothesis sig . = 0.000 and U = 173,500; the specific affirmative were accepted U = 159.00; U = 235,000; U = 239,500 and sig. = 0.00; 0.001; 0.001. Concluding that the application of managerial strategies had positive effects on the professional teaching identity.
