Abstract
La motivación es muy importante en el momento de aprender dado que está ligado directamente con la disposición del alumno y el interés en el aprendizaje, ya que sin el trabajo del estudiante no servirá de mucho la actividad del docente, por lo cual se considera que mientras más motivado está el alumno más aprenderá y llegara fácilmente alaprendizaje significativo.
Los factores motivacionales juegan un rol importante en la organización y dirección de la conducta positiva del estudiante ante el proceso de aprendizaje, pues la motivación contribuye a desarrollar sus capacidades, superar sus limitaciones y atender sus intereses.
La tarea esencial del docente es mantener motivado al estudiante para que este desarrolle tareas por satisfacción propia mas no por unacalificación, es decir, realizo mis tareasporque me interesan.
